Channing "Bo" Hicks, who was killed in Afghanistan, was laid to rest in SC on Wednesday.
Sgt. Channing "Bo" Hicks was laid to rest Wednesday after a ceremony at Fairview Baptist Church in Greer, SC.
Hicks, 24, was killed in action while on duty in Afghanistan. He died from injuries suffered when enemy forces attacked their unit in Paktika province with an improvised explosive device and small arms fire.
