"Heather was a great person and yes she was battling with an addiction. She was a very loving mother of 4. There are so many stories out there it's unbelievable. The story of her jumping off a bridge, INSANE! She would never do that! She was so happy and determined with how things were going in life. She had court coming up next week to get her children back from her addiction. I last spoke with her on the 18th and she never sounded so happy! She got a new job, a new car, a new cell phone, and we talked about her moving back to Florida sometime next month when she got her babies back. We always talked about her "classes" she had to attend to fight this battle. She is a hell of a fighter and wouldn't end her life period."

Another friend, Kellie, said: "This is unreal! Nothing seems right about this at all. She would never just jump. Heather was an amazing mother to Aidyn and Addison. Mike and the rest of the family are in our thoughts and prayers! We love you Heather! RIP!"
