In addition to encouraging visitors to stay and spend money in Cumberland County, the Fayetteville Area Visitors Bureau can assist Cumberland County in several ways. One way we can help is work with you to bring your organization’s meeting to Fort Bragg or Cumberland County. I’ll outline other ways we can help local residents in future posts.

MEETING PLANNING AND SUPPORT

Are you a member of an organization that holds regional, statewide or national meetings? If you are and are interested in bringing a meeting to Cumberland County, our sales staff is happy to work with you to secure your meeting. Some of the ways they can help:
a. Gather competitive hotel bids for your out of town visitors. By gathering bids from all properties that meet your requirements, we save you a lot of phone calls!
b. Make recommendations and help secure meeting space- whether at a hotel property, The Crown Complex or an alternative meeting location.
c. Make recommendations and help you plan itineraries and off-site activities and tours.
d. Provide materials to promote your meeting and location amenities.
e. Promote your upcoming meeting locally, regionally or statewide, as appropriate

OUR SERVICES ARE FREE
