Is Next 'Bachelorette' Emily Maynard, Military Spouse Material?

Filming is already underway with 25 eligible bachelors in Toronto, Canada, Bermuda and Emily Maynard's hometown of Charlotte, N.C.

The former fifteenth-season The Bachelor bachelorette who got engaged to Texan Brad Womack during last March's broadcast of the show's season finale is going it again to find 'true love', or so she says.

One local Fort Bragg Special Forces soldier nearing the end of his military career this year sent in an audition tape hoping to get selected for the show.

Though the soldier said he was not quite sure how he'd be able to get permission to attend the filming which could last upwards of three months for those lucky enough to keep landing roses, he said he would find a way to make it happen.

Unfortunately for him, and local viewers, his tape was not selected by the ABC network. Footage sent in included him riding the bike trails at Fort Bragg with a some clips from time he spent in Paraclete's wind tunnel as he talked about his time spent away on military deployments that had impeded his luck in finding love.
