Kannapolis Native Tops Graduating Class at NASCAR Technical Institute

Kannapolis native, Marshall Fincher, was recognized for his achievements at his November 26th graduation from NASCAR Technical Institute in Mooresville, NC, the country’s only technical training school to combine a complete automotive technology curriculum and a NASCAR-approved technology curriculum into a single program, and NASCAR Tech is also the executive education partner of NASCAR. Upon graduation, Fincher plans to work as a service technician at Hilbish Ford, and is considering becoming a fire fighter.

Fincher graduated from NASCAR Tech’s Automotive Technology Program with NASCAR elective and Pit Crew. In addition to a 4.0 GPA and 100% attendance, he received 5 “Student of the Course” awards, as well at 13 Directors List Awards.
