Three new businesses soon to open
In different areas of town, new businesses for food, shopping and pets are cropping up
- The Marquis Market, located downtown at 116 Person St., will feature a coffeebar, cafe and specialty market that will carry fresh flowers, chocolates and unique items.
- Mac's Speed Shop, a biker bar and bbq joint with two locations in Charlotte will soon open in the old Skip's, formerly Squire's Pub, located on McPherson Church Rd. Their food has gotten good press in both the Charlotte lifestyle magazine and the popular Southern magazine, Garden & Gun.
- Pet owners, you soon will have another option of locations on the north end of Fayetteville. PetSmart is opening around June or July in the adjacent lot near the on Ramsey St. The only right now is the Skibo Rd. location.
