Nicholas Holbert is in custody for failure to register his new residence in Cumberland County. Holbert, interviewed twice by investigators in the disappearance of Pfc. Kelli Bordeaux, is now being processed in the Cumberland County jail according to Debbie Tanna, Public Information Officer.
