Paratrooper Killed in Afghanistan By Enemy Fire
Fort Bragg soldier was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom .
A Fort Bragg soldier was killed while fighting in Afghanistan supporting Operating Enduring Freedom.
The Defense Department said Sunday that 31-year-old Spc. Antonio C. Burnside of Great Falls, Mont., died Friday of injuries suffered when insurgents attacked his unit with small arms fire.
He was assigned to the 1st Brigade Special Troops Battalion, 1st Brigade Combat Team of the 82nd Airborne Division.
