Christmas in September? Books-A-Million is closing their doors in Fayetteville on October 8 and their big sale is going on now. Books, greeting cards, novelty gifts and everything else are still stocked and priced to sell. Earlier this week, items were 40% off and the lines were not too long to checkout.
Another retail bookstore, 2nd & Charles that specializes in used books, novelty items and comic books is moving into the Skibo Road space. The incoming store is a division of the national Books-A-Million chain.
