50 year-old Edwardyne Williams, more commonly known as "Dynee" had been reported missing in November by her family. Williams was found abandoned in a wooded area, approximately a quarter of a mile from the home where she and her son lived.
Investigators say Ellison has been jailed since January 6, 2012 on charges of possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. His bond at that time was set at 25 thousand dollars, secured according to Debbie Tanna, Public Information Officer.
However, due to these latest charges, no bond is offered to Ellison.
Ellison is scheduled to make a first court appearance on April 2, 2012.
