Wine of the Week: Moscato Wines

Fayetteville has two locations where this week's Wine of the Week can be purchased. At Bob & Sheree's Beer & Wine Shop, they started on Raeford Rd. and recently opened the Hay St. location downtown.

This week some wines they are featuring for Easter are moscato wines by Lodali or Tintero. If you prefer a sweet red they recommend Pineto.

“We’ve come back to our roots,” said Sheree Beck-Lopez, the owner of Bob & Sheree’s Beer and Wine Shoppes. “The first cultivated grapes in the nation were found here in North Carolina. The mother vine on Roanoke Island is the oldest known vine in the United States. This is our history.”
