She also spoke with elementary school students in North Carolina, encouraging young kids to dream big about science, exploration, and their futures.
4. Legal Support Center opens in honor of retired Chief Judge Teresa Vincent (peacemakeronline.com) — Local leaders have officially opened the Greensboro Legal Support Center, dedicating it in honor of retired Chief District Court Judge Teresa Vincent. Guilford County commissioners, judges, and state court officials joined the ribbon cutting, marking a new resource aimed at improving access to the court system for residents.

Family of 73-year-old Greensboro shooting victim speaks out (abc45.com) — Greensboro police say 73-year-old Kathryn Binkley and 76-year-old Margaret Collins were killed in a weekend shooting on Creswell Court, allegedly by a neighbor. Binkley's brother remembers her as a vibrant, generous Greensboro native and hopes speaking out will encourage others to seek help before conflicts turn violent.
