3 Nabbed In Birkdale Victoria’s Secret Lingerie Heist: HPD

The suspects stole more than $6,000 in bras and panties from the Victoria's Secret store in Birkdale Village Saturday, according to HPD.

HUNTERSVILLE, NC — Huntersville police say they’ve apprehended three of four suspects who stole more than $6,000 worth of underwear from Victoria’s Secret in Birkdale Village over the weekend.

According to HPD, the heist occurred March 23 at the lingerie store located at 16805 Birkdale Commons. Police said they were able to locate the suspects through the assistance of the department’s K9 police dog, Vader.

Rico Lewis Frazier, 41, was charged with felony larceny, conspiracy to commit felony larceny, possession of marijuana up to ½ oz., resisting a public officer and no operators license.

Bryan Alexander Garcia, 18, was charged with felony larceny, conspiracy to commit felony larceny, resisting a public officer and misdemeanor larceny.

Cletus Cordero Cousins, 29, was charged with felony larceny, conspiracy to commit felony larceny, possession of marijuana up to ½ oz., and resisting a public officer.
