Carbon Monoxide At Huntersville School Sends One To Hospital

Carbon monoxide levels inside Phoenix Montessori Academy in Huntersville sent one teacher to the hospital Wednesday night.

HUNTERSVILLE, NC -- A teacher at the Phoenix Montessori Academy in Huntersville ended up in the hospital Wednesday night after firefighters found elevated carbon monoxide levels in the school.

Crews from the Huntersville Fire Department responded to a carbon monoxide alarm at the school located at 12340 Mt. Holly-Huntersville Road around 6 p.m.
