One Charlotte-area kitchen's health grade dropped to a "B" after a recent inspection. Here's a list of Huntersville eatery heath grades.
HUNTERSVILLE, NC β Recent kitchen inspections at a Charlotte-area restaurant found 10 health violations, which dropped its health score to a "B," according to Mecklenburg County public health officials. Three Huntersville restaurants were inspected and all retained their "A" health grades.

County health officials recently inspected 88 restaurants in the Charlotte-metro area. Of those restaurants, Morazan Restaurant, 201 Archdale Drive received βBβ health grades.
An inspection at Morazan documented 10 violations, including employee drinks sitting in food prep areas, employees coming in through the back door and begin food preparation without washing their hands and several food items, including ceviche, kept at improper temperatures.
