‘Fatality Accident’ On Statesville Road In Huntersville: HFD

HUNTERSVILLE, NC — Drivers in Huntersville are urged to avoid the area of Statesville Road between Harris Boulevard and Alexandriana Road due to an accident. “This is going to be a fatality accident,” Huntersville Fire Department said.

WCNC reported that one person was pronounced dead at the scene and another person with life-threatening injuries was taken to an area hospital.

While all fire department crews have cleared the area, police remained on the scene to investigate, HFD said.
