Food Truck Rally, Mingling At Birkdale: Huntersville This Weekend

HUNTERSVILLE, NC — From a food truck rally at Rural Hill to the last weekend of Queen’s Feast, there are plenty of fun events happening around Huntersville this weekend. If you're looking for something to do, Patch has you covered.

The lead up to the weekend will be pleasant, with mostly sunny skies and mild daily highs in the high 80s and low 90s, the National Weather Service said Thursday. By Friday evening, however, the chance of rain comes back into the picture. There's a 20 percent chance of rain Friday evening, which doubles by Saturday. Here are five events to check out in Huntersville this weekend:

• Summer Food Truck Rally — Saturday, July 28, 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. Rural Hill, 4431 Nack Road, Huntersville.
• Huntersville Growers' Market — Saturday, July 21. 8 a.m., Veterans Park, Main Street and Maxwell Ave.
• Queen's Feast Restaurant Week — More than 125 restaurants throughout the region are offering great deals on 3-course meals. Runs July 20 - July 29.
• Mingling on the Greens — Saturday, July 28. 7 p.m. - 9 p.m., Birkdale Village, 8712 Lindholm Drive, Huntersville.
• Hunters House & Gardens Acoustic Music Series & Food Truck — Friday, July 27 and Saturday, July 28, 5 p.m. - 11 p.m. Hunters House & Gardens, 412 S. Old Statesville Road, Huntersville.
