HUNTERSVILLE, NC — Huntersville Police Department is hosting five free classes on motorcycle safety, from riding techniques to collision avoidance. The first class is set for Friday, June 28.
Here’s what HPD says about the upcoming Rider Skills Days events:
BikeSafe-NC and the NC State Highway Patrol invite motorcyclists to participate in Rider Skills Days that offer assessment on present driving skills and advice to help make their experience as a motorcyclist safer and more enjoyable. As well as professional riding techniques, topics covered include the system of motorcycle control, collision causation factors and security. Go to bikesafenc.com to register for this FREE class!
The June 28 event runs from 8:45 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at Huntersville Police Department, located at 9630 Julian Clark Avenue in Huntersville.
