Hot Temperatures, Rain Returns This Week In Huntersville
It's going to be a warm and humid week of afternoon thunderstorms, according to forecasters. Here's what you can expect.

HUNTERSVILLE, NC — While the work week kicked off with sunny skies Monday, that could soon change, according to the National Weather Service.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected throughout the piedmont of western North Carolina, including the greater Charlotte metro area, Monday afternoon through the evening, and could mean heavy rainfall and gusty winds, NWS warned in an Aug. 6 advisory.
There’s a chance of rain every day this week, with the prospect of thunderstorms becoming most prominent in the afternoons and evenings, NWS said.
