HPD Searching For Jeep Owner Who Drives With Dog On Bumper
HPD has identified the owner and is asking for the community's help in locating the driver. Here are the photos.

HUNTERSVILLE, NC — Huntersville police are asking for the public’s help in locating the driver of a jeep who has reportedly been spotted around town at least twice with a leashed dog sitting on a cargo platform off their back bumper.
Photos of the jeep transporting the dog on the cargo carrier hit local social media recently after its driver was seen at Chick-Fil-A and Zaxby’s, Fox46 reported. Now Huntersville Police are investigating.
"It's just one sharp turn away from hanging itself basically from its chain," Lori Bennett told WCNC after seeing the dog while shopping with her son.
