Huntersville 2040 Virtual Steering Committee Meeting

We invite you to join us for the Virtual Steering Committee Meeting #4 on Wednesday, May 20 at 6 pm.

We will be reviewing the draft results from the Community Outreach, Public Surveys and Stakeholder input. This meeting will be live streamed to: www.facebook.com/ToH2040. All attendees who would like to make public comment should email tbarron@huntersville.org no later than 3 pm, May 20, 2020 for public comment instructions. Public comments may be provided in writing, over the telephone or during the virtual meeting. The moderator will confirm your full name and address. All those who would like to give a public comment must be signed up and confirmed prior to the 2-minute warning of the meeting beginning. When you are called upon you will have the 3-minute time limit to share your public comment.
