Huntersville Bank Robbery Suspect On The Run, Possibly Armed: HPD
First Citizens Bank on Boren Street in Huntersville was robbed Wednesday afternoon. Police are now searching for the suspect.
HUNTERSVILLE, NC — Huntersville Police Department is asking the public to be on the lookout for a suspect it says is wanted in connection to a bank robbery near Rosedale Commons Wednesday afternoon.
According to HPD, the First Citizens Bank was robbed around 3:15 p.m. Wednesday. “Suspect is possibly armed and left on foot heading north,” it said in a tweet with a photo from a surveillance camera.
HPD asks that anyone who recognizes the person in the photo call 911.
