Huntersville National Night Out Details
National Night Out is just a few days away. Here's what's happening in Huntersville.
HUNTERSVILLE, NC -- National Night Out is upon us, and Huntersville has several events to check out. The events, on Tuesday, Aug. 1 will last from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The Huntersville Police Department is teaming up with Target and the Northcross Shopping Center to provide a night of fun and public safety-related information to citizens.

- Northcross Shopping Center at 9751 Sam Furr Rd.
- Waymer Park at 14200 Holbrooks Rd.
- Huntington Green at 12000 Tuscaloosa Rd.
The free event is "organized to increase awareness of programs and services offered in our area. An [emphasis] is placed on community and youth based programs as well as anti-crime efforts," according to the Huntersville Town Government Facebook page.
