Huntersville Police Arrest Armed Suspect In Hospital Parking Lot
The armed suspect taken into custody Tuesday night was suicidal, according to one report.
HUNTERSVILLE, NC -- Police in Huntersville took an armed suspect into custody in the parking lot of Novant Health Medical Center Tuesday night in an incident that prompted the hospital to go into a security lockdown.
The armed suspect was suicidal, WSOC reported.
“Armed suspect was in the parking lot of Novant-Huntersville,” Huntersville Police said on social media. “Officers arrived on-scene, made contact, and apprehended without incident.”
