Patch on Main, is a local community garden located at 302 S. Main St. Huntersville, NC 28078. The garden opened in 2015. Over the years, there has been some turn over, and plots have diminished. It is in need of some revitalization. The vision of the Patch on Main community garden is a place where all generations can work and learn together to grow fruit, vegetables and plants. A place to meet new friends, learn new skills and to help create a fantastic space for everyone in our community.

We need your input to help us determine how to move forward! This questionnaire aims to identify the need and want of a community garden and the commitment of the community in utilizing and maintaining a community garden.

The questionnaire is for individuals of all ages, as well as groups and organizations who are located in Huntersville. The more responses we receive the better - so please take a little time to complete the survey and let us know what you think. If you are an organization, please answer on behalf of your user group.

All information will be treated confidentially. The results of the survey will be used in discussions with the land owner(Huntersville Presbyterian Church), Huntersville Parks & Recreation and Garden Manager to help make a decision on the best use of the property available for the Patch on Main Community Garden.
