Plenty Of Sunshine: Huntersville Weekend Forecast

Saturday is the first day of autumn. Get outside because there's going to be plenty of sunshine.

HUNTERSVILLE, NC — After last weekend’s torrential rain from Hurricane Florence, Huntersville is due a do-over. You’ll get it this weekend because there will be plenty of sunshine and mild temperatures on deck, according to the National Weather Service.

While there’s good things to come, there may be some fog during the Friday morning commute, forecasters say.

Highs over the weekend will be in the upper 80s, with lows in the upper 60s. Rain creeps back into the forecast Sunday evening, when there’s a 40 percent chance of precipitation.
