Public Notice Declaring Surplus Property and Intent to Donate to Nonprofit

Resolution Approving Conveyance of Personal Property to A Nonprofit Organization N.C.G.S.§160A-280

The Town of Huntersville is providing public notice to declare surplus certain personal property from the property at 14707 N Old Statesville Road and authorizing donation to a nonprofit. G.S 160A-280 allows the Town of Huntersville to donate to a nonprofit organization incorporated after advertising and Board approval. The purpose of said notice is for the Town of Huntersvillle to declare surplus of architectural salvage (including hvac unit, a furnace, doors and other related materials) personal property. The Town of Huntersville has determined that the personal property described above is surplus, obsolete, or unused. The Town of Huntersville, at their November 16, 2020 Board meeting, will consider a Resolution Approving Conveyance of Personal Property to A Nonprofit Organization, Pursuant to G.S. 160A-280.
