Wet, Cool Week Ahead For Huntersville

HUNTERSVILLE, NC -- Fog blanketed the Lake Norman region Monday morning, a harbinger of cooler, wet weather headed into the Charlotte metro area later this week.

While highs on Monday will reach 76, that will quickly change with highs expected to drop about 20 degrees by Wednesday and Thursday, according to the National Weather Service forecast. Rain will creep into the forecast by Tuesday, with chances of rain lingering daily throughout the week.
