Woman Accused Of Pulling Gun At Viva Chicken Over Price Dispute
Huntersville police are hoping someone recognizes the woman they say threatened a Viva Chicken employee with a gun recently.
HUNTERSVILLE, NC — Huntersville police are asking for the public’s help identifying a woman they say pulled a gun on a Viva Chicken restaurant employee during a dispute over the price for a daily special late last month.
According to Huntersville Police Department, the woman “became irate” during the July 31 price dispute in the restaurant located at 9121 Sam Furr Road in Huntersville.
“After throwing a drink on the manager, she then pulled a small, semi-automatic handgun from her waistband and threatened the manager,” HPD said in a statement.

She is described as between 25 and 35 years-old, 5-foot, 4-inches tall with a medium build and a tattoo on her left hand between her thumb and index finger.
