• Flock of swan pedal boats arrive at Lake Junaluska this summer (wlos.com) — New swan-shaped pedal boats are coming to Lake Junaluska as early as Independence Day weekend, offering a fresh way to enjoy the water and mountain views. Seven five-passenger boats, donated by longtime lake supporter Carol V. Clark, will rent for $30 an hour through Lake Junaluska Outfitters, with life jackets provided and online or in-person reservations available.
