MOORESVILLE, NC — With a week left to go before summer's end, make sure to check out these fun events on tap for the weekend.

Conor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather, Jr.: If you can’t make it to Las Vegas to see the undefeated heavyweight champion spar with the UFC star in the boxing ring, you can catch the action at Kickback Jacks at 123 Ervin Road in Mooresville. The fun starts Saturday night at 8 p.m.

Farmers Market: Head to Liberty Park (225 E. Iredell Ave.) in Mooresville to pick up fresh veggies Saturday morning, from 8 a.m. to noon.

Mooresville Dragway: Get your racin’ on this weekend at the Mooresville Dragway (1255 Wilkinson Rd., Mooresville) Friday night with LS Renegades and Saturday with 4.70 Outlaws.

Lake Norman YMCA Sprint -- Ingersoll Rand and Lake Norman YMCA are hosting a triathlon Saturday morning, from 6:45 a.m. to noon. This year, the race starts at Ingersoll Rand’s location at 800 Beaty Street in Davidson.

Davidson Concert on the Green: Kids In America: Grab your leg warmers and those neon britches tucked in the back of the closet and head to the Town Green in Davidson to hear Kids in America - Totally 80s Tribute band. The Sunday concert starts at 6 p.m.
