Arrests For Sexual Battery, Homicide: Mooresville Police Blotter
Mooresville police made 27 arrests this past week, ranging from sexual battery and homicide charges to DWI and drug possession.
MOORESVILLE, NC — This past week, Mooresville police made 27 arrests, ranging in charges from sexual battery and homicide to driving while impaired and drug possession.
Stephen Paul Kay, 53, was arrested April 23 for a warrant for arrest for sexual battery, according to the Mooresville Police Department’s blotter from April 23 - April 30. Justin Wayne Kauffman, 24, was arrested April 24 for second degree criminal homicide. There were also seven drug possession related arrests and two driving while impaired arrests.
