Inspired by the 1936 propaganda film of the same name, this raucous musical comedy takes a tongue-in-cheek look at the hysteria caused when clean-cut kids fall prey to the Devil’s Lettuce, leading them on a hysterical downward spiral. FOR ADULTS ONLY.

Winston Dane @ eXp Realty

Winston Dane at eXp Realty is a Lake Norman real estate team in Mooresville, NC, led by brokers Wendy Atherton (NC license 305942) and Sean Herndon (NC license 299279). We help homeowners sell their house and buyers buy a home in Mooresville, Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville, Denver, Sherrills Ford, Terrell, Troutman and Statesville. What we are known for: Waterfront and lake house sales, including the Duke Energy dock permit transfer, with a published Lake Norman waterfront seller guide. Inherited and estate home sales, including heirs selling from out of state. Selling a house during a divorce, with one neutral process for both owners. Downsizing with The One-Move Plan: sell and buy without moving twice. Expired and withdrawn listings: The Relaunch Review finds why a house did not sell and what to change. Cash offer or list? We compare both routes in writing so you can choose. New construction: we represent the buyer with the builder. Every seller gets a written update every week. We also publish the monthly Lake Norman Expired Listings Report, town-by-town numbers from Canopy MLS data, at winstondane.com/market-report/expired/. Sean is a former member of the Town of Cornelius Planning Board and a past president of North Mecklenburg Rotary. Our clients rate us 4.9 stars across 37 Google reviews (October 2026).
