Cocaine Found In Drug Bust In Iredell County: Sheriff
"A substantial amount of powder cocaine was located," Iredell County Sheriff Darren Campbell said Tuesday morning.
STATESVILLE, NC — A drug bust in Iredell County Tuesday morning has unearthed “a substantial amount of powder cocaine,” according to Sheriff Darren Campbell.
Campbell, who posted photos of deputies on the scene at the home on Harrison Street in Statesville, said that officers executed a search warrant for illegal drugs based on community tips, as well as undercover drug purchases made at the home.

Dario Dewitt Weaver, 43, was arrest on the scene and charged with felony possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and felony maintain a vehicle/dwelling or place to sell controlled substances. His bond was set at $50,000.
