Costco, Academy Sports: Here’s When Mooresville’s New Stores Open
Mooresville shoppers will soon have two new retail options. Here's when Costco and Academy Outdoors + Sports are set to open.
MOORESVILLE, NC — Mooresville shoppers will soon have two new retail options. Costco and Academy Outdoors + Sports stores will open their doors for business in June.
The two stores, which were built in a new shopping complex off Brawley School Road and Interstate 77, are expected to bring at least 200 jobs to Mooresville, the Mooresville Tribune reported.
Academy Outdoors + Sports is slated to hold its grand opening June 15-16, the newspaper said. Membership warehouse Costco will open June 26. The Mooresville Costco location will also have a gas station, tire center, optometrist, hearing aid center and more.
