Iredell Man Charged With Statutory Rape Of A Minor: Sheriff
The victim told authorities that Cashon Tyron Tucker, 20, showed her a gun and threatened to harm her.

IREDELL COUNTY, NC — A 20-year-old Iredell County man is being held without bond on multiple charges of statutory rape of a minor younger than 15, the Iredell County Sheriff's Office said Tuesday.
ICSO launched an investigation after the incidents were reported to the sheriff's office Feb. 13. The victim, who was interviewed at the Dove House Children's Advocacy Center, said the incidents occurred over a span of nearly two weeks in eastern Iredell County in early February, and identified Cashon Tyron Tucker of Cleveland, North Carolina as the suspect.
"She also stated Tucker threatened to harm the victim if she told anyone," and took her cell phone, ICSO said in a report. "Tucker also displayed a firearm to the victim, which she believed he would use to carry out the threats he made."
