Iredell Teacher Charged With Statutory Rape Of Foster Child
Christina Davis Jolly, who is an Iredell County teacher, has been charged with multiple counts of statutory rape of the boy she fostered.

IREDELL COUNTY, NC — An Iredell County middle school teacher was arrested Wednesday, charged with multiple counts of statutory rape and statutory sex offenses of a 15-year-old boy she was fostering, according to reports.
According to the Statesville Record & Landmark, Christina Davis Jolly, 43, of Statesville was the boy’s guardian and is a teacher a North Iredell Middle School. The charges stem from alleged incidents that occurred in her home during the past year.
She has been charged with five counts of felony statutory rape of a child 15 or younger and two counts of felony statutory sex offense of a child 15 or younger, the newspaper said.
