IREDELL COUNTY, NC — Hours after Iredell County authorities asked for the public’s help locating a Statesville runaway, she was located and reunited with her family, the Iredell County Sheriff's Office said Friday morning.

According to the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office, Albree Brooke Gallimore was last seen at her home on Sonja Drive in Statesville around midnight Jan. 5. That’s when a family member reported seeing her leave the home and get into a dark, older model sedan, Sheriff Darren Campbell said.

Gallimore was located late Thursday evening. "The juvenile was turned over to her parents. She has been cleared from various national data bases as a runaway juvenile," ICSO said in a statement.
