Mooresville Summer Camps Set To Begin, Include Virtual Options

MOORESVILLE, NC — Summer camp registration is open in Mooresville and this year parents have both traditional and virtual programs to choose from, according to the town's parks and recreation department.

Virtual camps begin June 22 and include the following programs:

• Backyard explorers, ages 6-10
• Mad Scientist Camp, ages 8-12
• Summer Melodies, ages 6-11
• Wild Animal Adventures, ages 6-11

Traditional camps begin July 6 and include the following programs:

• All-day summer camp, ages 5-12 — six sessions from week of July 6 through week of Aug. 10)
• Basketball camp
• Soccer camp
• Tennis camp
