Mooresville Weekend Events: Breakfast With Santa, Fun Run
Christmas is coming to Mooresville this weekend! Here are some of the top things going on around town.

MOORESVILLE, NC -- If youβre looking to get into the holiday spirit this weekend, Mooresville has plenty of options. Weβve got a list of highlights for you.
Clouds and cooler temperatures will move into the Lake Norman region this weekend, according to the National Weather Service. With the clouds also comes a slight chance of rain Thursday night. While temperatures will stay in the mid-60s Thursday and Friday, the high on Saturday is expected to be in the mid-50s. Lows over the weekend will be in the low 40s.

Here are some of the top events in the Mooresville area this weekend:
- Breakfast with Santa -- Join Santa for breakfast as St. Therese Faith Formation at 217 Brawley School Rd., or at Park View Elementary School at 217 W. McNeely Ave.
- Jingle All The Way 5K -- Dress in festive holiday attire and join the 335 Heart Foundation for this 5K and Family Fun Run. Bellingham Park, 1600 Bellingham Dr., Mooresville. Saturday, Dec. 2, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Annual Childrenβs Holiday Party -- Come get your photo taken with Santa. Charles Mack Citizen Center, 215 N. Main Street, Mooresville. Sunday, Dec. 3, 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- North Mecklenburg Christmas Parade -- This marks the 35th year of this holiday tradition. The parade starts in Davidson Saturday, Dec. 2 at 1:30 p.m. and will proceed south on Main Street to Old Canal Street at the entrance of Antiquity in Cornelius.
- Christmas In Davidson -- This holiday tradition filled with locally decorated trees, carriage rides around town, special store hours, live nativity and more kicks off Thursday, Nov. 30 and runs through Saturday, Dec. 2.
