Parking Lot Treasure Bargains Set For Nov. 16 In Statesville

IREDELL COUNTY, NC — The Iredell County Rec Center is hosting the Parking Lot Treasure Bargains community yard sale event Saturday, Nov. 16 in Statesville.

The event will run from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the rec center, which is located at 122 Grannis Lane in Statesville.

Here’s what organizers say about the upcoming event:

Join us for the community parking lot sale! Lots of great stuff! Concessions will be available.
Vendor spots are available for $10 each (spots include 2 parking spaces; one for parking and one for selling).

• First come first serve. Vendor spots will be assigned by ICRC.
• Last day to register is November 8, 2019 by 5:00 pm.
• Set up between 6:00 am - 7:30 am. Vendors are responsible for set up and break down.
• Table and chairs are not provided.
• No food is allowed to be sold by venders.
• If vendor is bringing a tent they must be secured/anchored (sandbags, water jugs, etc. which are not provided by ICRC). Untethered tents are not permitted.
• Maximum 6 spots per vendor (12 spaces).
