Puppy Social, Boat Show: This Weekend In Mooresville

MOORESVILLE, NC — This weekend, there’s plenty going on in Mooresville, from the Mid-Atlantic Boat Show to the Mooresville Arts Expo downtown. For animal lovers, there’s a pet adoption fair sponsored by Lake Norman Humane, as well as a puppy social.

There’s even more to look forward to this weekend, too. The rain is expected to move out of the region by Friday morning, leading into three days of sunny skies and mild temperatures in the high 40s and low 50s, according to the National Weather Service.

Here are our picks of the top five things to check out in Mooresville this weekend:

• Mid-Atlantic Boat Show Charlotte — Friday, Jan. 25 - Sunday, Jan. 27, Race City Marine, 123-A Doolie Road, Mooresville.
• Saturday Morning Group Run — Saturday, Jan. 25, 7 a.m. - 9 a.m., Charlotte Running Company Lake Norman, 146 Mooresville Commons Way, Mooresville.
• Lake Norman Humane Adoption Fair — Saturday, Jan. 26, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Lake Norman Humane, 110 Robinson Road, Mooresville.
• Puppy Social — Saturday, Jan. 26, 2 p.m. - 4 p.m., Pet Paradise Mooresville, 109 Morlake Drive, Mooresville.
• Mooresville Arts Expo — Sunday, Jan. 27, 2 p.m. - 4 p.m., Mooresville Arts, 103 W. Center Avenue, Mooresville.
