Rain, Thunderstorms Ahead: Mooresville Election Day Forecast
Election Day will likely be a soggy one, according to forecasters. Here's when you can expect to see the sun later this week.

MOORESVILLE, NC — The soggy kick-off to the work week Monday morning is a harbinger of things to come, according to forecasters, who say rain will be on hand through Election Day.
“Numerous to widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected Tuesday as a strong low pressure system lifts north of the area,” The National Weather Service said in a weather bulletin Monday.
There is some good news: Wednesday is expected to be filled with sunshine and the chance of rain won’t return to the forecast until Friday.
