MOORESVILLE, NC -- A new chef-driven ramen and dim-sum restaurant is opening in Mooresville Wednesday night.
The culinary team behind the new eatery is Timothy and Melanie Groody, the same folks behind Fork! In Cornelius.
Ramen Soul opens June 7 at 694 Brawley School Road, offering an americanized Asian themed menu, from lobster pork shumai dumplings to ramen bowls filled with ingredients like six-minute eggs and oyster mushrooms and topped off with house-made broth that’s been simmered for 12 hours. Wash it all down with a libation from the extensive drink menu that includes sake and Asian-inspired cocktails.
