Registration Underway For Sheriff’s League Volleyball
Registration for the Iredell County Sheriff's Athletic League volleyball season is now open. Here's how kids ages 9 through 15 can join.

MOORESVILLE, NC — Registration for the 2019 Iredell County Sheriff's Athletic League (ICSAL) volleyball season is open through Feb. 15, is free and is open to any child living in Iredell County between the ages of 9 and 15.
Says the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office, “The ICSAL's focus is to provide the youth of Iredell County with competitive activities that teach fundamental athletic techniques. We place an emphasis on gang and drug education during every practice. Although the league is competitive and plays a 10-game schedule, our goal is not to create exceptional athletes. Instead, ICSAL wants to provide the young athlete access to tools that will help them to grow as a member of our community.”
Practice will begin after team assignments in mid-March, and all games will be played at Statesville Senior High this year, say organizers.
