Sightseeing Cruise, Dodgeball Tournament: Weekend In Mooresville

From a sightseeing cruise on Lake Norman to a dodgeball tournament, there's lots going on this weekend in Mooresville.

MOORESVILLE, NC — The countdown is on for Valentine’s Day next week, which means some folks might want to get a head start on celebrations this weekend, starting with a chocolate and champagne sightseeing cruise on Lake Norman. For those with heartstrings attached to a four-legged friend, there’s a puppy social and a mobile vet and vaccine clinic.

And for those with rowdier tastes, there’s a dodgeball tournament. Hey, we don’t judge.

The weather should be one more thing to look forward to this weekend. There will be plenty of sunshine to go around Saturday and Sunday with temperatures near 50 degrees both days, according to the National Weather Service.
