St. Patrick's Day 2019: Mooresville Parade Set For March 9
This weekend, Irish dancers and pipers will march down Main Street in Mooresville's annual St. Patrick's Day parade.
MOORESVILLE, NC — Irish dancers and pipers, along with green cars and more will descend upon Downtown Mooresville Saturday afternoon as the town celebrates its 8th annual St. Patrick's Day parade on Main Street March 9.
St. Patrick's Day falls on Sunday, March 17 this year, and Mooresville is getting in the revelry a week early.
In Mooresville, this year's St. Patrick's Day parade features the Ceol na Gael Irish pipe band, the Connick School of Irish Dance, as well as Mooresville Police Department, Mooresville Fire & Rescue, Iredell County Sheriff, Welcome Home Veterans, Acrofitness, and more.

The parade begins at 3 p.m. at Main Street and Iredell Avenue, traveling south to Center Avenue. After the parade, additional entertainment from Irish pipe bands and dancers will begin around 3:30 p.m. on Main Street between Center Avenue and Moore Avenue.
