Therapeutic Recreation Valentine's Dance In Mooresville Feb. 15
The event is designed for individuals with disabilities and their families and friends, and will include activities, refreshments and more.
MOORESVILLE, NC — Individuals with disabilities and their families and friends will have an opportunity to dance the night away next week. Mooresville’s Therapeutic Recreation Valentine’s Dance is set for Feb. 15, the town said Wednesday.
Here’s what the Town of Mooresville says about the event:
“Bring your sweetheart, friends or family and dance the evening away! There will be plenty of dancing, an activity table, refreshments and memorable photo opportunities. It’s the perfect time to create awesome Valentine memories. This is an adaptive activity and is designed specifically for individuals with disabilities as well as their family and friends.”
The dance will be held Friday, Feb. 15 from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at the War Memorial Center, located at 220 N. Maple Street in Mooresville. The event is for ages 5 and up and attendees who are 16 years old or younger must be accompanied by an adult.

The entrance fee is $5, however there is no charge for caregivers.
