MOORESVILLE, NC β Health inspections in eight Mooresville area restaurant kitchens last week turned up numerous violations, including an employee who didnβt wash their hands after sneezing and food kept at improper temperatures.

At Fusion Bowl, an inspection found 11 infractions, including an employee who sneezed and then didnβt wash their hands, serving containers stored wet and buckets of soy sauce being prepared sitting on the floor.
At Moeβs Southwest Grill, an inspection found 8 infractions, including an employee working the register wearing gloves then portioning out chips using the same gloves, as well as chicken, beef and tofu held at improper temperatures on the serving line.
