Veterans Day 2017: Closings In Mooresville, Iredell County
Veterans Day falls on a Saturday, but some city services will change hours to observe the holiday the day before.
MOORESVILLE, NC -- Veterans Day (Nov. 11) falls on a Saturday this year, but some services in Iredell County will observe the holiday on Friday. Many in the region will head to work anyway, but schools, government offices and other services will take a break for the holiday.
Mooresville government offices will be closed for Veterans Day, as well as libraries and schools, while trash collection will operate on a regular schedule.

Mooresville Town Offices: Closed

Iredell County Government Offices: Closed
Schools and Administrative Offices: Closed
Trash and Recycling: trash and recycling will be collected on a regular schedule. All county solid waste facilities will be open.
Libraries: Mooresville Public Library system will be closed Friday, Nov. 10 and Saturday, Nov. 11.
Iredell County Animal Shelter: Closed Nov. 10-11
